VAT and clearance fees for EU-based goods

The EU introduced changes to how VAT is collected on imports into the EU, supplies within the EU by non-EU sellers and cross border supplies by EU sellers. If you paid tax on your purchase on eBay and you get a refund for your order, you will also get a tax credit. If you receive a full refund, you'll get the entire tax back.

If you get a 50% partial refund, you'll get 50% of the tax back. Any refunds that are not processed by eBay are not eligible for a tax refund. VAT and clearance fees may be charged by the shipping company on behalf of the customs or tax authorities when goods are imported in the EU.

The newspaper does not make up names for algorythms to get better rankings, it checks the adverts and you are able to read them. The advertisers who are poor are still visible as there is only 24 pages. They don't take sales or shipping money and they don't tell you how to ship and how to lie about it.
