The NBA Summer League Return
The NBA Summer League brings rookies, sophomores, and G League affiliates together to compete. The event allows teams to try out different rosters that do not include regular starters and get players in shape before training camp. The NBA Summer League will be held at the MGM Resorts in Las Vegas in 2021.
The rookies that will be selected in the NBA draft tonight will be participating in a pro event for the first time in their long careers. The two best teams will play for the NBA Summer League title in 2021. The NBA will break it if there is a tie, and the top two teams can't be easily identified.
The event will be played daily with seven to eight games. The NBA Summer League will be held at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion the campus of the University of Nevada. The NBA Summer League's return is a sign that the league is moving on from the covid-19 epidemic and is returning to its regular schedule.
Summer Leagues
Summer leagues have existed for a long time. There was not an organized structure, with leagues sometimes overlap and not officially coordinated. The Pro Summer League in the city of Orlando was held from 2002 to 2017.

The NBA Summer League is back. The NBA Summer League was canceled a year ago due to the COVID-19 epidemic. The tournament will be held at the Thomas & Mack Center and the Cox Pavilion the University of Nevada campus.
