Outlook Today: Adding E-mail folders to your Outlook profile
The Outlook Today feature in Microsoft Outlook gives you a view of your upcoming appointments and tasks, as well as the status of your key e-mail folders. You can use it to find someone in your Contacts folder. You can add message folders from any data file in your profile to display in the Messages list, even if you are limited to displaying appointments and tasks from your default calendar.

You can show from 1 to 7 days. To set this, you need to select the number of days or type the number of days of the calendar items you want to show. If you try to enter a number greater than seven, you will not get anything.

All your data files, including e-mails, calendar entries, contacts, tasks, and notes, are in a.pst file. The first time Outlook is started, a standard outlook.pst is created. You can create your own.pst files for example, to generate a back-up copy of your e-mails.
Message Pins in Gmail
Important messages can be pinned to the top of a folder. When someone sends a new reply to an old conversation, it will appear as a new message on your screen, and you will be able to see it by default. Some of the extensions, like EmailAnalytics, are built into Gmail so you can pull in data from your account and improve your productivity.
You can integrate as many add-ons as you want, making it much better for individual users with specific tastes. The user name you want may already be taken, because of the sheer popularity of Gmail. Microsoft has a web app called Outlook.com that is a personal information manager. Microsoft acquired Hotmail in 1997 for $400 million and later renamed it to Windows Live Hotmail, which was phased out in 2011. Mail's Active View allows users to interact with their email message.
Any photo attachment can be previewed directly using Active View. Mail has a partner platform that allows contents and functions from various websites and services to be viewed directly within the email message. Users can view the video on the internet when they receive an email with a link to the video.
Tracking of real time shipping status from the United States Postal Service is one of the features of Active View. Contacts are updated in real-time and the service allows for the removal of duplicate contact entries when imported with Profile. Users can set limits on what can be seen by others.
The Federal Reserve is concerned about the effects of climate change

Outlook OST file is an Offline Storage Table that is created by Microsoft Outlook in Windows OS for connecting to Microsoft Exchange server. The Microsoft Exchange cached or offline mode is available in the OST file, so a user can access their emails without being connected to the Microsoft Exchange server.
