365 Voice Mail Preview
You can record a greeting, edit call answering rules, set up Outlook Voice Access, and turn on voice mail preview in Microsoft 365.
Outlook Voice Access Numbers
Two types of users can call in to an Outlook Voice Access number. Directory searches for users are only possible when an unauthenticated user calls into an Outlook Voice Access number. Those who input their PIN can perform directory searches, listen to email, calendar items, and voice mail, and search their personal contacts, all without having to sign in to their mailbox.
They can transfer calls to a user or ring the user's extension when they are searching for a user in the directory. An Outlook Voice Access user can access their email by calling an Outlook Voice Access number from a telephone. The voice prompt says "Welcome"

Using the Diction feature on PC to Convert spoken words into text
You can use the dictation feature on your PC to convert spoken words into text. There's nothing you need to download or install to use Dictation, it uses speech recognition built into Windows 10. You can dictate numbers and punctuation by saying the number or character.
Microsoft Business Voice for Teams
Microsoft Teams can be turned into a powerful and flexible telephone system with Microsoft Business Voice. Dynamics Customer Voice is a feedback management application that can be used to keep track of customer metrics. Dynamics 365 Customer Voice adds rich insights by feeding real-time survey data into customer records. Dynamics Customer Voice provides an easy and hassle-free experience, from creating surveys to generating actionable insights based on customer feedback.
Dynamics 365 Customer Voice allows you to create and distribute surveys and store responses in Dynamics365. You can distribute surveys by using a variety of methods after the survey is created. Responders can use any web browser to respond to the survey questions.
