Trumpism appeals to citizens that would otherwise be disengaged from politics, with Trump serving as a way for them to fulfill their unfulfilled wants and dreams. One-time spectators can be transformed into motivated voters by the ability to translate the cultural capital of celebrity into political capital.
The #MeToo Project: A Case Study of the Primitive Tribal Poison
The primitive tribal poison which underpinned the discredited science of eugenics is what makes #MeToo different. The legal basis for Jim Crow, Apartheid, The Holocaust, forced removal and reeducation of indigenous American and Australian children, and the forced sterilization of more than 60,000 American blacks was provided by Eugenics. The mistake #MeToo is making is embracing retributive justice and group supremacy instead of equality and peaceful coexistence.
It supports the idea of a wealthy female victim. The tyranny of the 1 Percent is experienced by every other demographic. Both sex partners were opportunist garbage, who traded on their good looks, family names, wealth or industry standing to get to their goals.
They should have let their talent determine their fate. The group supremacy of #MeToo is closer to the bigotry of Donald Trump than it is to the liberals and feminists. Leveling hypocrites with principled people is the same thing.
The Odds of Losing
If your football team is a 1-point favorite or a 5.5-point favorite, you should be very concerned about the chance of losing. If the outcome is not a football game but the chance that the Executive branch falls under the control of a bigoted, uneducated, dictator-admiring man-child, you should be more concerned. You should be scared.
